Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán presented his plan to achieve peace and stability in Europe, including the development of relations with Russia and Ukraine.
"Our vision for peace and stability in Europe. Europe should negotiate directly with Russia. we must have our voice. Ukraine should be a strategic partner, not a member of the EU.
Allocate as little funding as possible to Ukraine and keep resources in Europe. Respect the energy choice of each country", the head of the government wrote in number 10, summarizing the main points of his recent speeches on international issues.
Orbán has previously called on EU leaders to start direct talks with Russia, following the example of the United States, to resolve the Ukrainian conflict and create a new European security system.
