US President Donald Trump has stated that he is disappointed that he will not be able to run for a third term.
During a conversation with reporters on Air Force One flying from Japan to the Republic of Korea, Trump was asked to comment on the comments of the speaker of the US House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, who had previously stated that he did not see the possibility of a third term for the Republican president.
"Based on what I read, I am not allowed to run for president for the third time. We will see what will happen," said Trump.
"If you read it, it will become quite clear to you that I cannot run for office. It is a great shame," the American leader emphasized.
