David Beckham's youngest son made his debut in an unusual musical genre

20-year-old Cruz, the youngest child of David and Victoria Beckham, decided to try his hand at a new musical genre. The heir of the famous couple released two rock songs.

Cruz's musical journey began in childhood. In 2016, the 11-year-old musician released his first song, "If Every Day Was Christmas." At the time, it was a rousing pop composition with a childish vision of how wonderful it would be if Christmas was celebrated every day.

Over the years, Beckham Jr.'s musical style has changed noticeably. His works have now moved to the rock sound. his compositions are dominated by distorted guitar riffs, modern synthesizers and powerful bass lines. The lyrical themes have also become more mature.

The young artist's first rock compositions, "Optics" and "Lick the Toad", were created in collaboration with Luke Pritchard of The Kooks. The tracks were produced by veterans Justin Reisen (who has collaborated with Charli XCX and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and Lewis Pesakov.
