Kaluga airport has resumed operations


Restrictions on the landing and departure of airplanes at Grabtsevo airport in Kaluga have been lifted, the spokesperson of "Rosaviation" Artyom Koreniako wrote in Telegram.

He explained that the operation of the airport was limited to ensure the safety of airplane flights. Therefore, the airport stopped operations for two hours.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., 26 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Russian regions. Six drones were destroyed in Bryansk region, which borders Kaluga region. In addition, air defense systems shot down another drone as it approached the capital. Moscow Region also borders Kaluga Region to the north and northeast.
