US President Donald Trump announced that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrested a record number of criminals since the beginning of his tenure, achieving "historic results".
"The FBI has done a great job under my administration. Since January 20, we have arrested more than 28,000 violent criminals (a record).
"More than 6,000 illegal weapons were confiscated, more than 1,700 pedophiles and 300 human traffickers were removed from the streets, 5,000 innocent children were saved, 2,000 criminal gangs were destroyed, 1,900 kilograms of fentanyl were seized (enough to kill 125 million people!) - historic results," the US president wrote on TruthSocial in the network.
Trump also praised FBI Director Kesh Patel, his deputies Dan Bongino and Andrew Bailey, and FBI agents for their "great" work.
