When determining the territories of the Palestinian state, compromises will be needed, but the creation of municipalities on the West Bank is not a solution, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated.
"I do not think that the creation of municipalities or any semi-state structures in the Arab world, especially by the Palestinians, will be considered a sufficient result of almost 80 years."
