Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated him on his birthday, RIA Novosti reported.
Kadyrov celebrates his birthday, he became 49 years old.
"First of all, I want to say (which-ed.) President (congratulated - ed.). And he said to all greeting and congratulated the Youth Day, Teacher's Day and the Day of Grozny. And, including me, he also congratulated me, "said the Chechen leader.
On Wednesday, Kadyrov told reporters that he did not like to receive gifts, once to sell them and divide them into the insecure.
