It has been a long time ago, serious grievances are accumulated in the urban development sector. The issue was discussed at the September 9 sitting of the Yerevan Council of Elders, some privileges were applied. And on the joint website of the draft legal acts, a project solving the issue is published on the E-Draft.am platform, which again defines privileges.
This means that the government's just dissatisfaction with the government also understands that if the problem is resolved, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but also the Ministry of Economics has offered to postpone the non-existent property.
And the Yerevan Council of Elders decides to "support" developers, providing 25% privileges to them, the authorities are not like the hero, but rather the image of the "chipolino" world, "Session tomatoes". From now on, builders for "air tax" will receive a privilege.
According to experts, what is happening today is not just a matter of tax policy. This is another manifestation of the logic of the current government. This situation will have deep consequences. One of the most active branches of economic activity, urban development, stands before the risks.
Bankruptcy of construction companies means unfinished programs, deterioration of investment environment and new social problems. And the Armenian authorities once again show that their policy is not based on predictability and strategic approaches, but only at the moment.
