On August 23, at 22:31, the Academy of Operations Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Ambassador to the Ambulance Group was taken to a 39-year-old man resident of Nor Hachn.
As a result of the operative-investigative measures taken by the Community Police Nairi Department, the 36-year-old man hit a 36-year-old man with a knife during a quarrel on Charents Street in Nor Hachn.
On August 25, he was arrested and taken to the Nairi department, then the detainee's storage place.
