Turkey and the United Kingdom support the efforts to cease between Russia and Ukraine, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated after negotiations with his British counterpart David Lami.
"Our views on the issues of war between Gaza, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Russia and Ukraine are mostly coincided. Both sides support the efforts of Russia and Ukraine to stop the fire, "Fidan said.
According to him, one of the strategic goals for both countries is to maintain a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, "preventing its violation and the return of long peace."
"On the other hand, it is important for us to end the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza as soon as possible," Fidan said that the settlement of the Palestinian issue could be implemented only on the basis of the solution of the two states.
