Russia, Iran and Turkey offered Yerevan and Baku to use the "3+3" platform to complete the work on the draft peace treaty. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
At the press conference following the meeting of the regional platform in Istanbul, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation reminded of the preparatory works and foundations prepared by Armenia and Azerbaijan with the mediation of Russia. These agreements refer to both the unblocking of communications and demarcation.
