The powers of the Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, Garegin Baghramyan, have been terminated. According to "Armenpress", this was stated in the protocol signed by Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, acting as the NA Speaker temporarily.
"Accepting the resignation request of Garegin Baghramyan, the chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission, and being guided by Article 147, Part 2, Clause 2 of the Constitutional Law "Regulations of the National Assembly", consider the chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission to have ceased to exist as of October 18, 2024. The powers of Garegin Baghramyan," says the protocol signed by Ruben Rubinyan.
Earlier, on October 10, Garegin Baghramyan resigned from the position of the president of the PSC.
