The government has approved the second pilot program for the introduction of angeis and irrigation systems in the land plots.
The purpose of the decision is to stimulate the establishment of an այգrhichni-based landscapes, certified or economical seedlings with high yields, certified or economical use of water resources, and the logic of making water resources, the logic of making water resources a complete cluster. The program will be implemented in 2025-2026 in the land plots of housework of Flower, Khorkaber and Khashtarak settlements of Ijevan community of Tavush region.
The beneficiaries of the program will be the stewards of at least 100 square meters and more in full, trees and other property of free or release. At the same time, the stewards of Khashtarcar and Berkel settlements in the plots of modern activity in the lands of households can participate in the program (except for the parky area), except the parky area. In order to introduce the current landlines in the land plots, the community leader announces a competition process in accordance with the procurement legislation. The implementation of the final monitoring of the program will be resigned to the community, in which the representatives of the governor's staff will be involved. The financing of the work done by the contractor will be implemented in the following proportion: the Ministry of Economy, 95%, community or beneficiary - 5%.
The implementation of the project is expected to implement the garden and irrigation of the lands with thermos and irrigation drip systems, efficient and saving water resources. Within the framework of the program, the cost of assessing the land plot of 1000 square meters of land and the anterzgy is estimated at about 2.0-2.2 million drams. Beneficiaries will receive about 3 tons of gross crops per year after the 1000 square meters of land.
Referring to the program, Nikol Pashinyan noted.
"I will not consider an exaggeration, if I say this is a revolutionary program and it is based on obvious observations that Armenia does not give the desired result of the land plots. And this is a problem in terms of both the householders and the country's economy. "
The Prime Minister added.
"This is, in fact, a strategic investment for the change in the agricultural sector in the Republic of Armenia in general, because it is clear that the agriculture we learned from 20 or 30 years ago."
The head of state also stressed the need to implement the program and ensure proper control over it.
"We must not allow it, as well as the program, the program is designed to be clear, the same must be accurate, and my expectation is that the ministry and the relevant bodies follow."
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan touched upon the important state of educational or educational significance of the program.
"For example, 87 agreements, 6 hectares or new 305 agreements, are not very much impactful, but the difference between modern technology can be transferred to other land plots, this is the next development that will happen."
