The signing of the agreement on the Tehran's nuclear program between the United States and Iran will have a direct positive impact on the peace process in the Middle East. Rafael Gross, General Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), expressed that opinion.
"I will continue to support and call on the United States and Iran to spare no effort to show wisdom and political courage to successfully complete this issue."
He also noted that there are "unresolved issues" about the Tehran's nuclear program related to the guarantees of the US-Iran agreement.
"We continue to cooperate, but there are still unresolved issues related to the guarantees. Iran must immediately provide technically reliable responses for unclaimed nuclear materials and types of activities, "Gross wrote on its X's page.
On June 8, the representative of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization Behruz Kamalandi stated that Tehran could reconsider relations with the IAEA if the organization's advice adopts a negative resolution on the Iranian nuclear program.
