The signing of an agreement on Tehran's nuclear program between the United States and Iran will immediately have a positive impact on the peace process in the Middle East. This opinion was expressed by the General Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Gross in a speech before the members of the IAEA Governors' Council.
