Trump said the California protesters were paying to participate in protests

US President Donald Trump has said that protesters in California are paid protesters to participate in the protests against the government's immigration policy.

Reid, the US Immigration and Customs Service (ICE), was turned into clashes with protesters on June 7 at the Los Angeles Center.

On the same day, California Governor Gevin Nusom threatened that the state could refuse federal taxes in response to possible massive reductions in federal funding by Trump's administration. White House Spokesman Caroline Levit announced on June 8 that a city of 2000 servicemen of the National Guard will be located in the city during protests.

"They are not protesters, they are paid to provoke disorder," Trump wrote on his social networking page.
