"An agreement on repatriation of bodies has really been reached. The date was not agreed. Instead of consistently implemented the agreed algorithm, the Russian side turned to one-sided operations, which were not agreed within the framework of the joint process, "the statement said.
Coordinating headquarters described today's statements of the Russian Federation as "non-compliant with reality and preliminary agreements." They added that over the past week, the teams have worked on the repatriation of the authorities of the servicemen and exchange captives.
The Ukrainian headquarters reported that Kiev presented lists for exchange in Istanbul, while the Russian side presented other lists, which "do not correspond to this approach."
