Baku again listed the "main obstacles" on the way to peace with Yerevan

Baku is making efforts not only to alleviate the climate crisis, but also to achieve peace with neighboring Armenia. Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the president of Azerbaijan, stated this in his article in Newsweek.

"Nevertheless, the main obstacles remain in our way. The first is the Constitution of Armenia.
Secondly, we are also concerned about the intensive arming of Armenia by France and other Western countries, which serves not peace, but the "revival of aggression", Hajiyev writes, again asserting that "the Mother Law of Armenia contains territorial claims directed at Azerbaijan". .
