Russia and Ukraine have reached some agreements in Istanbul, they are important and implemented, the Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Some agreements have been reached in Istanbul. They are really important. These agreements will be implemented, after which the work will continue. We are waiting for the transferred memorandum to respond, "Peskov told reporters.
The second round of talks between the Russian Federation and Ukraine's delegations took place in Istanbul on Monday. As the head of the Russian negotiation group Vladimir Medinsky stated after the talks,
Russia and Ukraine have agreed on a large-scale exchange of prisoners.
Patients and severe wounded will exchange "Everyone in front of everyone", as well as captives of younger than 25 years old. In addition, the parties agreed to stop the fire in certain areas so that the bodies of the victims could be collected.
