In Istanbul, the delegation of Kiev's talks with Moscow had contacted the foreign participant on the phone to inform him of what was happening, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
The journalist noted that before the meeting, one of the Ukrainian delegates sent a message to an unknown participant, after which he called him and turned on his speaker.
According to the agency, this took place during the opening speech of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in the presence of the press.
The second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul on Monday. The meeting lasted more than an hour in the Chiragan Palace. The parties exchanged monuments on the settlement of the conflict.
Moscow and Ki have also agreed on the large-scale exchange of prisoners. Patients and severe wounded are moved to the principle of "all in front of everyone", as well as captives of younger than 25 years old. The total amount of exchange is not less than 1,000 people.
