British analyst Alexander Merkuris has revealed the program prepared by Europe against Russia in the Black Sea. He shared his opinion on his own Youtube channel.

Mercury believes that Europe has decided to revive the previously existing "Ukraine" project, the purpose of which was to push Russia out of the Black Sea.
