China opposes the unfounded accusations of Kiev and the supply of Chinese military plants to the Russian military factories, China Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mao Ning said in a briefing on Tuesday.
"China's position on the Ukrainian issue is consistent and clear, we have always been active in terms of ceasefire, ceasefire, peacekeeping and promoting negotiations," he said.
He noted that "China has never supply deadly weapons to the parties to the conflict and strongly controlled the dual-purpose goods."
