The United Kingdom and the European Union are launching long and difficult negotiations to provide access to London to the EU Defense Fund. This was reported by Politico newspaper.
Only after the signing of the bilateral partnership agreement, the British and the EU may start discussing the possibility of a UK with the joint purchases of the "Security Action for Europe" (SAFE), through which countries can take loans to buy weapons.
Britain and the community are now preparing for more intensive talks to sign a completely separate agreement, it is said in the publication.
