At the invitation of the RA Ministry of BTA, the representatives of the French company Mistral AI in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) arrived in Armenia. RA Minister of BTA Mkhitar Hayrapetyan stated this on his Facebook page.
"Today, on the initiative of the First Deputy Minister of High Technological Industry Gevorg Mantashyan, a breakfast was held with the participation of Mistral AI representatives and Armenian technology companies, during which a number of joint initiatives and cooperation opportunities were discussed. Afterwards, a workshop on the participation of Mistral AI was a workshop on "artificial intelligence for public administration." High-ranking officials of the RA State Departments and other representatives of the sphere were also present at the workshop. The meeting was discussed at the Discovering Frauds of Fraudting, Procurement and Financial Transactions in the public sector, AI's impact on the exposure of artificial intelligence, and the analysis of data on the expense of artificial intelligence, and the analysis of the information, the support and social services. "The mechanisms, as well as a number of other issues related to the topic, including the priority initiatives for the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) for the Republic of Armenia," he wrote.
