On May 10, His Holiness Garegin II, the Catholicos of All Armenians, received the participants of the annual convention of the European Union (EAJ) in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. This was reported by the information system of the Mother See.
Alexander Azaryan, chairman of the RA Judges' Union, filed the delegates who arrived in Armenia from about 35 European countries participating in the conference and provided information on the conference.
Then the Catholicos of All Armenians conveyed his patriarchal blessing and message to the guests on the occasion of their visit to Armenia and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
In his speech, the Armenian Patriarch touched upon the important mission of the judge in the world of justice, protection of human rights and freedom, emphasizing the strengthening of the moralization of justice. In this regard, His Holiness stipulated the judges a guide to the Gospel truth during their ministry that real righteousness stems from God faith and manifested in love.
Speaking about the challenges facing the Armenian people, His Holiness highlighted the reflection of the international judicial public to the defense of the fair rights of Artsakh Armenians, the false trial of the Armenians captured, as well as the destruction and mastering of the Artsakh's spiritual, cultural heritage.
