Russia is ready to negotiate directly with the Kiev authorities without preconditions, despite the issues with the legitimacy of Vladimir Zelyansky. This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the United N. Vasily Nebenzyan.
The head of the Russian diplomatic mission noted that another step towards peace, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated about the ceasefire in May.
"We hope that the Ukrainian side will follow our example.
Such a step can be a prelude to Russia's and Ukraine's beginning of peace talks, which we are ready for the issue of the legitimacy of the UN Security Council on the Ukrainian issue.
