Conference on Development of Institute of Fare


With the participation of international and local specialists involved in the protection of children's rights, the second conference on the development and establishment of the Ministry of Defense, which is cooperated in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the "Care For Children" organization.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan, Founder and Executive Director of "Care For Children" NGO, the representative director of "Care for Children", representative of UNICEF Christine Witman. Dr. Mary Biik presented the methodology for the development of the Institute of Field, the effective tools and security models used.

In his speech, Minister Narek Mkrtchyan stressed the importance of the full sale of each child, the full realization of the family and ensuring the best interests of the latter and in this context of the role of the state in the field of children's rights. The Minister noted that the state, as an authorized body, carries out continuous work through the development of the Institute of Field, through innovative approaches, training of specialists and more.

"Based on the indicators, I am glad to state that the Institute of Field in Armenia is developing more and more. Today, about 180 children have care and upbringing in more than 100 families, and we are hopeful that this number will continue to increase, "he said.

Founder and Executive Director of "Care For Children" NGO, Robert Glover, presented his experience in the establishment of a guardian institution in China. He also spoke about success stories, to mention examples.

In Armenia, UNICEF spokesman Christine Witgand spoke about the need to carry out continuous work on the development of the Institute of Guardians, as well as the need for children to grow without parental care.

The workshop continued with various thematic discussions on the upbringing of children with disabilities in the field of disabilities.

Simultaneous discussions had an interactive nature. The participants voiced questions about the effective tools of care for the development of care, their ability to localize them and else.
