An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 was recorded in the Sivrije region of Elazıgh (formerly Kharberd) province in the eastern part of Turkey.

According to the announcement of the Turkish "Disasters and Emergencies Department" (AFAD), the depth of the earthquake was 7 km.

After the incident, the Elazigh Governorate made a post on the social network, informing about conducting work at the scene.
