"Today, 10.04,2025, at 16:15, in the Court of First Instance of Shirak Region, Judge A. The chairmanship of Geghamyan was published in 2024. The final part of the judgment in the case of the tragic family of July 26. The accused Armen Tonoyan was found guilty as a main punishment, sentenced to 5 years 6 months, and as an additional punishment, his driver's license was losing for 3 years. The other accused Arman Aleksanyan was found guilty as a penalty of 750,000 AMD. The property lawsuits of the victims were partially fulfilled in the amount of 4 million and 2 million AMD, respectively.
Let me remind you that during the previous court hearing, the defendants have accepted their guilt, an accelerated trial was scheduled for additional trials.
