Former Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan of Artsakh touched upon the message of an illegally imposed by Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan.
"Some interpret this is the saying of Ruben Vardanyan, and I think he is going to live, continuing to fight for his value system.
