On February 25, 50-year-old Karen Ptukyan, a resident of Yerevan, applied to the Arabkir Department of the Community Police of the Central Electoral Police of the Republic of Armenia, who stated that the Lexus car belonging to him was robbed.

On-site K. Ptukyan told police that the unknown person or individuals had stolen the windows of the lateral mirrors of the "Lexus" car in the yard of the Komitas Avenue, causing material damage to him.
