Foreign citizens entering Russia in the e-services portal should complement themselves and not less than 72 hours before entering their visit, and in emergencies, not less than 4 hours. This was reported by Altina Omurbekova, director of the Labor Migration and Social Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission, conveys this"SPUTNIK ARMENIA".
