By the decision of the government, all regional medical centers are under the subordination of the Ministry of Health.
RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan stated this on Facebook, noting that the new model of management of centers will ensure the expansion of access to medical services, improving quality and increase financial and economic efficiency.
"We will continue to work closely with our partners of the regional authorities in favor of meeting the health needs of our citizens," Avanesyan wrote.
