Russia and Azerbaijan actively cooperate in all spheres, based not only on the development of bilateral relations, but also on the importance of solving regional problems. Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, informed the Azerbaijani media about this during the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS member states in Moscow.
I think that Baku knows this well, as well as other countries of the region. This region is suffering a lot. It has gone through many conflicts, bloody, brutal wars, which are scars in the hearts of people of different nations.
Therefore, I think that whoever wants to help will be welcome. And those who keep not a stone, but even a knife in their pocket, should leave our region. Together, we have made so many efforts to protect peace in this region," said Zakharova.
