Manuk Sukiasyan, head of the "Mother Armenia" faction of the Council of Elders, mentioned this today, January 21, in a conversation with journalists at Yerevan City Hall.

Sukiasyan expressed his opinion that in the run-up to February 1st, we will see the "protest, rebellion, anger and the cracking of the foundations of this government" of the citizens of Yerevan.
"We believe that total payment should not be made and it should lead to the collapse of the transport system, so that both the drivers and the residents, the citizens, should put the authorities in front of the facts," he said.
