The 2nd President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, said this today during the court session in the case of March 1, in response to the judge's question.
"I see that you have not familiarized yourself with the case materials. Without an accusation, there is no accused and there can be no defender. Sitting here, I would have a power of attorney to protect my interests, but what you want me to say, I will not say, because there is no such thing. "There is no accusation without an accused," Kocharyan said.
