By the decision of the head of the RA food safety inspection body, the production activity of the bread workshop belonging to the individual entrepreneur Karen Krpoyan was suspended, based on the protocol of violations discovered as a result of the inspection by the inspectors of the Ararat regional center.
In particular:
- the food structure was not designed and built in such a way as to provide necessary technical maintenance and current repair of technical equipment, implementation of cleaning, washing, disinfection, insect disinfestation and rodent extermination processes of production buildings,
- was not protected from accumulation of dirt, particles falling into the produced food,
- the bathroom doors were opened directly into the production building,
- the ceilings, floors, walls, and window surfaces were not made of waterproof, washable materials, which are easily washed and disinfected if necessary, - there was no dressing room for the staff,
- the food raw materials and components used during the production of food products were not stored in conditions preventing the spoilage of these raw materials and components and ensuring their protection from pollutants.
A deadline for eliminating the violations has been set.
