The government has adopted a resolution “On the alienation of state property”, which proposes to alienate the real estate located at 48/2, August 23 Street, Artashat, Artashat Community, Ararat Region, which is a state property attached to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, through an electronic auction.
It has been determined that in the event that the first electronic auction is deemed unsuccessful, regular electronic auctions will be organized until the deadline for organizing regular electronic auctions of the property. The property is currently not in use, having previously been a building for a fire rescue squad.
According to the appraisal report prepared by the “Abit” LLC appraisal agency, the buildings were built in 1948 and consist of 2 floors. The appraiser assessed the technical condition of the buildings as good. The infrastructure includes water supply, electricity supply and sewage.
