"Hraparak" newspaper writes: According to the information of "Hraparak", a scandalous case recently took place in the court of Aragatsotn region. The incident is related to one of the female judges of the court, which examined the criminal case against a citizen, Gurgen Movsisyan. The latter is accused of using firearms against Tigran Sargsyan and other persons in 2022, as well as illegally entering the apartment, shooting and other acts.
According to our information, during the examination of the case, a large bribe was offered to the judge in order to acquit Gurgen Movsisyan. According to reports, the bribe was offered by the accused's father, Harutyun Movsisyan. The judge did not take the money and reported it to the law enforcement officers. A criminal proceeding was initiated regarding the incident, within which Harutyun Movsisyan was charged with offering a bribe to the judge. He was detained.
