The 67th International Olympiad in the subject "Mathematics" was held in Shanghai, China, in which the Armenian team also participated.
666 students from 120 countries took part in the Olympiad, a maximum of 6 from each country.
The Armenian team won 1 silver and 4 bronze medals, as well as 1 letter of commendation. Hayk Manukyan, a student of the 10th grade of the "Kvant" school, won a silver medal, and Tigran Hakheyan and Aren Grigoryan, students of the 10th grade of the "Kvant" school, and A. Sargis Arakelyan (11th grade) and Arsen Makaryan (12th grade) are students of the Shahinyan specialized physics school. A. was awarded a certificate of appreciation. Arman Asatryan, a 12th-grade student of the specialized physics school named after Shahinyan. In the team calculation, the Armenian team took the 43rd position.
The Armenian team was led by Grigor Kerobyan ("Worldquant" company) and Narek Khandanyan ("Crisp" company).
