"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: "According to the information of "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the former minister of high-tech industry of RA, who refused to continue working in the government, also refused the mandate of the deputy of the National Assembly. Let us remember that the fact of Hayrapetyan not continuing to work in the government was also confirmed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to the information of "Zhoghovurd", Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, who was number 36 on the proportional electoral list of the "Civil Agreement" party and was elected as a deputy, submitted his resignation yesterday. As a result, he will not receive a mandate from the Central Electoral Commission today. It is noteworthy that this is the second such resignation in the same political circle.
Earlier, the godfather of Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Vagharshak Hakobyan, also refused the parliamentary mandate, with the public reason of doing business.
According to "Zhoghovurd" daily, the changes are not limited to Hayrapetyan's decision. Personnel changes have already started in the sector under his leadership. the representatives of the minister's team submit applications for release one by one, starting with the deputy ministers.
All this, according to the information circulating in official sources, proves that personnel changes in the Ministry of High-tech Industry will not be partial, but systemic in nature. And Mkhitar Hayrapetyan's plan to become the president of the Football Federation of Armenia is still unclear, because the elections will take place in the spring of next year."
