The RA MFA has published an advisory video presenting the main rules and procedures for issuing a Schengen visa. The Facebook page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs about it.
The purpose of the video is to increase public awareness, improve the applications submitted by RA citizens to embassies and their compliance with the established requirements, thus reducing the probability of visa applications being rejected.
"The submission of applications in accordance with the rules and requirements established by the EU member states is very important not only for the implementation of citizens' travel plans, but also for ensuring a low annual rate of visa application rejections, which is an important prerequisite in the context of advancing the visa liberalization dialogue between the Republic of Armenia and the European Union.
Therefore, a correctly prepared, timely and well-reasoned application increases the probability of obtaining a Schengen visa and has a positive effect on the overall process of visa liberalization.
