As part of the control carried out by the food safety inspection body in the food preparation and supply kitchen belonging to individual entrepreneur Arpine Karapetyan (Yerevan, Arin Berdi 40), a sample of the available products was taken and submitted for laboratory testing.
As a result of tests, it was found that dangerous food was produced. The samples of "Fried potatoes with pieces" and "Compote (juice)" products did not meet the safety and food hygiene requirements set by the legal acts of the food safety sector, with the indicators of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria (MAFANMC), bacteria of the intestinal zopic group (ACCHM).
By the decision of the head of the inspection body, the separate function of the production activity of the food preparation and supply kitchen, the production of "Fried potatoes with slices" and "Compote (juice)" products, was suspended.
A deadline has been set for eliminating the reported violations.
