The anti-corruption court accepted another lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.
The Department of the General Prosecutor's Office submitted a request to the court for the confiscation of property of illegal origin, ex-commander of the N Army Corps of the RA Ministry of Defense, former deputy chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, former deputy chief of the Joint Staff of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Haykaz Papiki Baghmanyan and his related persons to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
7 real estates, 6 of which are in Yerevan city, and 1 in Kotayk region.
4 vehicles.
5 market value of the vehicle.
Participation in 2 legal entities.
about 1 million 290 thousand AMD deposit.
30 bank bonds.
1 billion 544 million 254 thousand drams as the balance of illegal funds.
1 billion 511 million 965 thousand drams, which is not justified by the legal income of a person, has an illegal origin, was transferred to a bona fide acquirer or cannot be identified and confiscated;
The right to claim an unreturned loan of 6 million 363 thousand drams.
