RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Tom Berendsen. This was reported by the RA MFA.
Congratulating his Dutch counterpart on his assumption of the post of Foreign Minister, Minister Mirzoyan wished Tom Berendsen success and emphasized RA's approach to consistently developing partnership with the Netherlands.
The ministers discussed the works aimed at enriching the strategic partnership agenda between Armenia and the Netherlands. The importance continuously assigned to cooperation with Armenia in the coalition agreement of the Dutch government was emphasized with satisfaction.
Thoughts were exchanged on the perspectives of cooperation in various formats, including the deepening of the RA-EU partnership. Reference was made to upcoming high-level visits and events, including the summit of the European Political Community and the "Yerevan Dialogue" diplomatic forum.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Tom Berendsen exchanged thoughts on the challenges on the path of democratic development and the mechanisms of interaction to effectively overcome them.
