According to the decision of Judge Karen Farkhoyan, the period of house arrest chosen as a preventive measure against MP Artur Sargsyan was extended by 3 months. It was combined with other measures: bail and prohibition of absence.
The judge is convinced that thanks to these means it was possible to ensure the legal and proper behavior of the accused Artur Sargsyan.
The judge noted that visitation restrictions are also maintained.
"At this moment, there are no grounds for changing it through another interruption," said the judge, reminding that the decision can be appealed in the Criminal Court of Appeal.
Today's session ended, the next session was scheduled for March 5 at 15:30.
