Today, January 31, a car accident took place in Kotayk region. Around 5:30 p.m., on the Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan M4 highway, the well-known Hrazdan "Gay Post" collided with a "Mercedes" driven by 25-year-old Arthur H., a resident of Gegharkunik region, a "Lada" driven by 44-year-old Kamo K. and a "Hyundai Elantra" driven by 25-year-old Sevak A. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, fortunately, according to preliminary information, there were no casualties as a result of the accident.
The patrols of the 1st platoon of the 1st company of the Kotayk Marz battalion of the Police Patrol Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, led by the battalion commander Albert Martirosyan, the deputy battalion commander Vahagn Karapetyan, the senior inspector of the battalion service Artak Asatryan and the inspector of the battalion service Karlen Baghyan, also arrived at the scene.
The territory was demarcated by patrolmen Volodya Karapetyan and Erik Mayilyan of the same company. Documents are being drawn up in the 1st company of the Kotayk Marz Battalion of the PS Kotayk Marz. According to Shamshyan, the road was covered with ice.
