Zelensky called on the US to arrest Kadyrov

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on the United States to send troops to Chechnya and kidnap the republic's leader Ramzan Kadyrov, as Washington did with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, according to RBC-Ukraine.

Zelensky stated that the United States should put pressure on Russia. As an example, he cited the US operation in Venezuela, during which Maduro was kidnapped and taken out of the country. According to the leader of Ukraine, the results of this operation were visible to the whole world.

"They did it quickly. Well, let them carry out some action with Kadyrov," added Zelensky, noting that such a move by the United States will presumably force Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop.
