A total of 152 American planes participated in the arrest operation of Nicolas Maduro and his wife.
US President Donald Trump announced this.
"It was a complicated operation. 152 planes and a large number of soldiers took part in it. It was impressive. There were no casualties from our side, but, unfortunately, many people died. Most of the dead were Cuban soldiers. During the operation in Venezuela, the entire electrical system went out. "Those who had electricity were just holding candles," Trump said.
Speaking about Nicolás Maduro, Trump accused the former president of being responsible for the deaths of millions of people.
"They have a torture chamber in the center of Caracas," said the American leader.
Trump also accused Maduro of imitating his dances. "He is a violent person. gets on the stage and tries to imitate my dance a little", he said.
