It was not easy for Ukraine to change the "level" of relations with the USA. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his New Year's message, which was published on his Telegram channel.
"It was absolutely not easy to achieve such a change in the level of relations between Ukraine and the USA," said the Ukrainian politician. Zelensky also commented on the agreement on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, stating that his signature will be only on a "strong" peace agreement.
The leader of Ukraine mentioned the Budapest memorandum and the Minsk agreements, stressing that such agreements will not satisfy Kyiv.
